On July 3, 2007, New Horizons Worldwide, Inc. completed a $4,000,000 Series C convertible preferred stock financing with a group of private investors which included ATMF New Horizons, LLC, an affiliate of ATMF Realty & Equity Corporation. Arnold Jacob, principal of ATMF Realty & Equity Corporation, has been appointed by the Series C Preferred Stockholders to join the New Horizons Worldwide, Inc. Board of Directors.
