ATMF X, L.L.C.

ATMF X, L.L.C., a member of South State Tech Center, L.L.C., is constructing a 53,000 s.f. building in Pittsfield Township (Ann Arbor), Michigan, to be leased to the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

The LLC owns additional land at the site which will be developed for flex-office.
